Our Boozy Prune and Chocolate Cake has certainly proved intoxicating with our taste-testers, inducing feelings of euphoria. After steeping the prunes in brandy until they're nicely sozzled we fold them gently into a lusciously light chocolatey cake with small chunks of velvety dark chocolate for a sumptuous experience.
