Our cakes are made in small batches so please place your orders early to
avoid disappointment.
For restaurants in Brighton & Hove
We deliver three times a week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Order by 10am on Monday for any of these days. Telephone 01273 501690.
For individual orders
We like 7 days notice. If you need a cake in a hurry we may be able to help, but can't guarantee to fulfil an order at short notice. Telephone 01273 501690.

For orders under £40 there is a £5 delivery charge. Strictly cash or cheque on delivery.
For deliveries by Stratford Fine Foods
Stratford Fine Foods collect your cakes from us each Tuesday and will deliver to you later the same week. Please place your order with us by Wednesday of the previous week. Telephone 01273 501690.
Storing our cakes
Our cakes really are home-made. We don't add preservatives, so cover them to keep them moist and fresh. Refrigerate overnight (and whenever not on display), and take note of the use-by date. All our cakes freeze perfectly and defrost within two hours.
Cookies must be stored in an airtight container and used within 10 days.
Cupcakes will be devoured very quickly but, in case anyone is holding back, use within 3 days.
